That depends on which hammer:
  • Super Hurricane Irma
  • Kim Jong-un versus the USA
  • Donald Trump on Dreamers
  • Donald Trump and his encounter with Robert Mueller over that Russia thing
Let me start with clearly the present danger, Hurricane Irma, now a Category 5 at 185 MPH:

Irma will roll over Anguilla, where the damage will be catastrophic.  Then, the most likely path (white line) will be along the East Coast of Florida, although if you're from Houston or New Orleans, you would fear a slight turn to the west.  The eye will be in the vicinity of South Florida Sunday morning.

Right behind Irma is Tropical Storm Jose, certain to become hurricane:

However current projections indicate a move away from the U.S. mainland:

When will President Donald Trump hammer North Korea?  Four and a half years ago I recommended a total make-over for Kim Jung-un.  Did he listen to me?  Not at all, but he still has a shot at hero-status with #6:

6.  Establish a legacy as the Universal Peace Advocate.  As President Barack Obama has snubbed my 10% Peace Solution, this is your grand opportunity to crash the next G8 Summit, which, by the way--will this year be held in Northern Ireland on June 18-19--and shock the G8 leaders with your vision for World Peace.  This will be guaranteed to work.  I stake my reputation on unbounded success.

On Independence Day this year I suggested Jung-un consider an even better option:

First he says my missiles were always an attempt at going to Mars.  He argues, though, that his country would stop testing them and disarm all their nuclear bombs if ALL other nations do so too.

Is the World Enquirer the international version of the American supermarket tabloid?  Just a spoof.

Why is Donald Trump being such a meany, again.  This morning he pulled the rug on dreamers.  Five years ago President Barack Obama created DACA

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is an American immigration policy founded by the Obama administration in June 2012. DACA allows certain illegal immigrants who entered the country as minors, to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and eligibility for a work permit.

From the start, the Pew Research Center estimated that up to 1.7 million people might be eligible.[3] As of June 2016U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) had received 844,931 initial applications for DACA status, of which 741,546 (88%) were approved, 60,269 (7%) were denied, and 43,121 (5%) were pending. Over half of those accepted reside in California and Texas.[4]

Trump is passionately erasing former President Barack Obama's legacies and believes his act was unconstitutional, which might well be a valid point because the DREAM (Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors) Act was first introduced in 2001, and was never passed by Congress.  The President clearly is distancing himself from this issue, as Attorney General Jeff Sessions made the announcement, and left the blame to the U.S. Congress.  Behind the scenes, he hopes Democrats will cave-in and in the upcoming legislation compromise by allowing funds for his Mexican Wall, plus an assortment of odious immigration matters.

Congress, get ready to do your job - DACA!

For Dreamers, anyway, 600,000 will be deported on 5March2018...unless Congress does something.  How would you like your life to be discomboluted maybe forever?

Then the largest hammer of all, Robert Mueller's Trump-Russian collusion investigation.  Things have been awfully quiet, although there have been leaks about the IRS and Trump's tax returns and assorted matters regarding associates and relatives.  This hammer will become a posting in the near future.
