  -  Sure, it finally began to snow in the Pacific Northwest and Atlantic Northeast, but since 1980, the annual average temperature has virtually increased every succeeding year.  Global warming?

  -  The 2013 Ford Fusion is expected to get a fuel efficiency of 100 miles per gallon.

  -  Presidential candidate Ron Paul was a gynecologist.

 -  Warren Buffett said he'd like to see private schools banned so that rich families would be forced to invest in the public K-12 system.  If you had bought ten shares of his Berkshire Hathaway stock in 1965 for $19/share, or $290, you would be a millionaire ($1,169,140).  In 2006 he pledged 99% of his personal wealth (he is #3 in the world at $45 billion) to charity.

The Dow Jones Industrials climbed 690 to 12,482, with world markets mostly also up.  Gold increased $5/toz to $1654, with the WTI oil at $101/barrel and Brent Spot at $111/barrel.
