We checked into the Tokyo Ritz Carlton, and splurged to stay at the Club level, which allows access to their Club Lounge. It's a once in a lifetime experience, which I've now enjoyed three times. Here is one posting from 2016.
According to this article, it is only the third most expensive hotel in Tokyo, with #1 being the Aman Tokyo and #2 the Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. How expensive? 150 yen per U.S. dollar.

#6 on this list is the Park Hyatt, where I stayed numerous times. Similar to the Tokyo Westin, I just happened to book a room here during their first week of opening in 1994, the same year as the Tokyo Westin. The movie, Lost in Translation was filmed in the Park Hyatt. Got Rotten Tomatoes ratings of 95/85.
