RETURN OF THE PINK SAUCE

Just when you thought you were safe, TikTok introduced the PINK SAUCE.  What, never heard of it?

• This mystery sauce is the color of vibrant fuchsia, and costs $20/bottle.
• The TikTok tag #pinksauce has drawn more than 100 million viewers.

• 
  Created by Miami Chef Pii, also known as Veronica Shaw.
• First appearance was in June of this year.

• 
  Here is her web page.
• Has been described as bubblegum buttermilk ranch from feeding a blender some combination of dragonfruit, sunflower seed oil, chili, honey and garlic.
• One complaint is that the FDA hasn't accredited it.
• A whole bunch of problems when she tried to sell it.  Watch this controversy.
• After all that, the return is that she is becoming rich, now having natural foods seller DavesGourmetSauce producing it.

Not much of a subject, but got other things to do.  So let me add an alert that Wednesday could be a fatal day for the Ukraine War:

• August 24 is the 31st Day of Independence of Ukraine from Russia.

• 
  Also, this day marks 6 months since the invasion.
• Russia accused Ukraine of assassinating Darya Dugina.
• All public gatherings are banned.

Later this week, the NCAA men's football and women's volleyball seasons begin.  The championship games will be played on 9 January 2023 in SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, California for football, and Omaha, Nebraska on December 17 for volleyball.
